Rodney Wakeman of Saginaw Township celebrated March is Reading Month by reading to 247 students at six local schools.“Reading is critical to a child’s growth and development,” Rep. Wakeman said. “When we encourage children to read, we give them a solid foundation for all their future pursuits.
